Function Room
Minimum 2 hour booking. Room will be set up as as shown on home page. You may move the room to suit your function and we ask it is put back as you found it.
We will clean bathrooms and floor but you will be required to place all your garbage in the dumpster in the parking lot.
MEMBER
Bookings can be made on line through your members portal. Members can book up to 1 year in advance. Any bookings must be paid for within 48 hours of the initial reservation or it will be released to the membership.
A $250 damage deposit is taken on every booking via credit card and refunded 48 hours after the event assuming no damage or breaking of rules.

NON-MEMBER
Bookings need to be made in the office although you can reserve on the phone
Non-members can only reserve 6 months in advance.
Any bookings must be paid for within 48 hours of the initial reservation or it will be released to the membership.

A Not-For-Profit number will need to be provided to get the discounted rate.

Fri - Sat - Stat

EXTRA'S
Bringing in early or leaving over night for next day pick up. Party decorations/utensils/cutlery will result to a extra charge to your booking. - $130 inc GST
Set up & take down time MUST be included into your rental time.​

Without Dancing $47.27 + GST this will be added as a extra charge to the booking
With Dancing $94.63 + GST this will be added as a extra charge to the booking
TableCloths
Tablecloths are available for all tables in our function room
We have White / Black / Green or Red (color may be requested but cannot be guaranteed if already reserved for a booking either side)
