Starting in the spring we plan to do things differently as far as water treatment goes.

In the meantime, prior to ice coverage, our maintenance staff has been raking the weeds and attempting to clear the shore line as well as they can. 

 

As the water temperature drops the weeds will die and sink.  Ice should not be an issue.

As for depth, we were trying to pump as much as we could for as long as we could, unfortunately with the sheep river as low as it is we were unable to get our lake back to the level we wanted.  We will start pumping again in the spring as soon as we can.
